tagvillage, inc. is a Texas Corporation headquarted in Buda, Texas (just outside of Austin). The idea has been developing for a while, but the company itself was formally incorporated September 15, 2010. The corporation is owned by 26 stockholders, governed by a Board of Directors and managed by Executive Officers.

Tithing By-Law
tagvillage will continuously pour out financial blessings on our members and the Causes that are close to the hearts of our members. Established uniquely as a Tithing Company, tagvillage has a charge written into its corporate by-laws that states the company MUST tithe (that is a minimum of 10%) every single week and that this tithe must be based on the Gross Revenue, NOT Gross Profit. We hope this becomes a catchy trend among other corporations.

Alex Koval	Development Director Alex is currently working primarily from a laptop powered by Gentoo Linux. He excels in business management (CTO), project management, website development, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Linux administration, and System analysis. When it comes to software, Alex primarily thinks in Python. He speaks Russian, Ukrainian, English, and German. He likes to think about every problem with enough time to produce a quality solution. He likes to both work and rest (and still did not decided what makes him more satisfied – probably both, but correctly mixed). Alex dislikes doing things in the wrong order. His hobbies are bike travel, tourism, and amateur radio. Alex worked on his first professional Web application in 1996. One of his primary claims to fame is that he compiled the 0.9 Kernel of the Linux operating system.
Dmitry Yegorenkov	IT Director Around the office we call him Dimon. Dmitry is currently working primarily from a MacBook Pro powered by osX. He also runs several towers powered by Unix, Linux, and FreeBSD. Dmitry excels in IT management, website development, Perl, Python, Javascript, MySQL, Zope, and remote system administration. He is very experienced in e-commerce platform development and support. When it comes to software, Dmitry primarily thinks in Python. He speaks Russian, Ukrainian, English, Polish, and Japanese. He likes to make music (he is a talented accordionist), disassemble things, canoeing, and soldering. Dmitry dislikes chaos, dumb tasks, and Internet Explorer. His hobbies are photography, video production, and biking. Dmitry developed his first professional Web application in 1995. One of his primary claims to fame is that he was a core architect behind Zope (a powerfully robust server management system used by NASA).
Igor Golovin	Software Director Igor currently works primarily from a MacBook Pro powered by osX. He is highly educated in mathematics. Not only is he well-versed in algorithm construction and deployment, but he is a world-class expert in data-mining, search relevancy, and database design. When it comes to software, Igor primarily thinks in Python. He speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and English. Igor likes well defined project management. With his level of talent, he can work for any software company on earth, but he prefers to seek out projects that will be successful. He likes jazz music and creative solutions. He passionately dislikes failure or poorly planned ventures. Igor has been a core team member in the creation and architecture behind some very powerful search engines.
Bukhantsov Vyacheslav	Project Manager Around the office we call him Vic. Currently, Vic works primarily from a laptop powered by Gentoo Linux and a desktop powered by FreeBSD. Vic excels in Python software development, PHP, PostgreSQL, C++, C, Python, Django , database construct, and project management. When it comes to software he primarily thinks in Python, Javascript, and SQL. He speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and English. He most likes to transform ideas and problems into effective solutions. By nature, he is very much a problem solver. He utterly dislikes doing a task he does not understand or disagrees with. His hobbies are biking, photography and amateur radio. He developed his first profession database project in 1999, his first professional Web project in 2003, and completely compiled his own CRM solution in 2005.
Sergej Terent’ev	Project Manager / Asst. Systems Administrator Sergej is highly trained in mathematics and physics. He is a pair-programming specialist and highly respected FreeBSD administrator. As a lead developer and project manager, he excels in AJAX, DHTML, FreeBSD, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Pair-Programming, Perl, and XML. Sergej is also highly skilled in database and system security and anti-hacker defense.
Max Alexeyev	Project Manager / Head of Web Design Department Max oversees the web design department. He has a dual skill set that proves vital in a project like tagvillage. Max specializes in financial accounting software, but he also excels in overall web design management (especially multiple browser markup control). Max oversees projects related to accounting and transaction control and also oversees projects related to browser control issues. He primarily thinks in Python, and is skilled in AJAX, DHTML, Flash, FreeBSD, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Pair-Programming, and Perl. His hobbies include sound engineering and rollerblading (which you can see him enjoying in this picture).
Alexander Sirota	Webmaster Around the office we call him Santa Claus. One of the most skilled Web developers in the industry, Alexander excels in Macromedia Flash, Javascript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, AJAX, and other web design tools. His hobbies include tennis and fishing.
Nataly Dulger	Asst. Webmaster Nataly is a highly skilled webmaster with many years of experience managing the overall operational scope of a website. She is very proficient in Python software development, MySQL, Zope, and supporting e-commerce solutions. She currently works from a laptop powered by Linux. When it comes to software, Nataly primarily thinks in Python. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and English. She loves to read, go to the theatre and her hobbies are sewing and embroidery.
Max Kitchenko	Senior Systems Administrator / Head of Security Max is one of the best systems administrators and security experts in the world. As a world-class UNIX system administrator, he excels in OS FreeBSD source code, Linux, remote technical support of servers, QMail, tinydns, Bind, postfix, Gentoo, and much more. Max is a system security engineer and multi-decade professional anti-hacker specialist. He ensures our servers are functioning at maximum efficiency and they are as secure and hacker-proof as humanly possible. Around the office we call him Goblin because he just always seems to be there lurking in the background. In the very rare instance that Max is not online watching the network like a hawk guarding his grounds, his hobby is Music.
Artur Nosachev	Design Director Artur is a skilled graphic artist. He primarily works with a MacBook Pro powered by osX. He excels in Macromedia Flash, Javascript, HTML, DHTML, AJAX, CSS, and Graphic Design.
Alexandr Kostin	Senior Web Applications Manager Alexandr excels in web applications development, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Python, and Django. His hobbies include climbing and bike tourism.

David Ruebush	Board Member, CEO, Interim President, Interim Treasurer David's experience with Internet marketing stems back to 1993 when he founded Apple Agency, Inc. Apple Agency was a website design and marketing company and one of the first of its kind on the Internet. This company was one of the first businesses developing commercial websites at a time when most people didn't even know what the Internet was. The company actually created one of the original online dating sites and was sold in 1994. After this, David and a few partners founded Auto Hub, Inc., one of the first businesses on the Internet to build and design websites for car dealerships. Auto Hub grew rapidly and was absorbed by iwantacar.com, inc. in 1996. David acted as President and CEO of this company until 2002 when the company merged with another business in the automotive industry. From 1993 until 2010, David has been involved with development and growth of various Internet businesses. David majored in Information Systems Management at Texas Tech University.
Buddy Rogers	Board Member, Secretary of the Corporation Buddy is a multi-decade veteran of auto sales and has over 15 years of experience in automotive marketing online. Buddy has experience as an owner of a franchise automobile dealership and many years of experience retailing new and used vehicles both online and in person. Buddy is a financially conservative individual with knowledge in corporate finance and large-scale budgeting. He brings a wealth of knowledge and connections to the company that will prove vital as we grow.
Jennifer Ruebush	Board Member, Director of Cause Relations Jennifer majored in Business Management at the University of Texas in Austin. She is a Notary Public with 6 years of experience in personal and commercial banking. She has advised many entrepreneurs throughout the development of numerous corporations in the Central Texas region. She is a licensed insurance agent and experienced in business to business marketing, with several years of experience in financial and insurance advisory positions. Early in her business life, she acted as Secretary for a central Texas title company.
Russell Miller	Board Member Russell has more than 10 years of management experience in various companies ranging from construction to government to his own engraving business and furniture store. He is a FAA licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. He also has extensive experience in IT/IS, hardware build and troubleshooting, graphic design and network management. He also has a great deal of experience in marketing, Internet promotion, networking and advertising. He is also a freelance photographer, writer, videographer and web developer.
Clay Martin	Board Member Clay is a husband and father of four children. He holds a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from the Austin Graduate School of Theology. He has served in various ministries for many years. He was the Director of a Campus Ministry at Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University), affiliate professor for Oklahoma Christian University and Southern Christian University, has led and served on missions to Jamaica, Romania, and parts of the Unites States and is currently serving as a full time minister. He has also earned a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science from Southwest Texas State University and a Diploma of Bible from the Southwest School of Bible Studies.
Armando Fierro	Board Member Armando is a 4 year veteran of Internet marketing with specialization in search engine optimization. He presently acts as Director of Customer Support for a multi-million dollar SEO consulting firm. He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, and has an active life coach practice aimed at helping individuals overcome limiting beliefs and reaching their spiritual, material, and fiscal goals. He is a sought after SEO consultant presently working for several multinational corporations.
Steve Sefcik	Interim CFO Steve received his BS in Economics & Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from the University of Southern California. He has over 30 years of experience in business and has worked in the banking, consulting and public accounting industries, in addition to serving as the CFO of a local information tech firm. He began his career in corporate banking as a credit analyst and rose to the Vice President level while working extensively as a financial management consultant at banking institutions including State Street Bank & Trust Company, Security Pacific National Bank and Mellon Financial Corporation. He served as the Vice President and Manager of Electronic Commerce at a major West Coast financial institution, where his principle activities were strategy development and project management for the newly emerging internet and e-commerce fields. After leaving the banking industry, he entered the consulting field, helping entrepreneurs develop business plans to launch their new ventures. He joined a Texas based technology consulting and integration firm as a senior consultant, working with clients in the area of business operations. After pursuing a CPA certification, he joined a local CPA firm working with firms in the Central Texas region. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, holds a Professional Designation in International Trade and Commerce from UCLA and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
