TagTrading Rules

The first person to purchase a Tag will pay 1.00 tagvillage Credits for it.

You are responsible for your Tag inventory, its content and all uses you make of the Tag Trading platform. This includes ensuring the contents of your Tag inventory meets our tagvillage Policies and Advertising Guidelines.

Anything you enter into the search bar can be purchased as a Tag. Therefore, misspellings, type errors, double spaces, and all other mistakes are your own liability. If you purchase a Tag with errors, it is your own fault and you will not be given a refund.

You are your own person or business. You are not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of tagvillage. If you choose to trade Tags, you do so as your own independent business practice.

You will comply with all conditions contained in our Policies, Terms, Privacy, and other Statements.

You agree not to manipulate or tamper with tagvillage code, html, servers, or scripts in any way to gain an unfair advantage with regard to buying or selling Tags, gaining free advertising, or illegally increasing account balances.

We do not guarantee that the Tag Trading platform will always be working, free of glitches, or free of errors. We also do not guarantee you will be able to sell or earn commission, profit, or revenue of any kind from your Tags.

All registered trademarks and service marks are the properties of their respective owners. Except for marks actually owned by us, we do not make any commercial claims to their use, and are not affiliated with them in any way.
